How can you understand your organisation’s analytical maturity?

There are a lot of frameworks out there and I think this is a great synthesis by Jordan Gomes in Towards Data Science.

He looks at needs, people, processes, and culture.

Most organisations are probably in the development stage, meaning:
✔ Some key metrics and some important insight
✔ Increasingly robust data infrastructure
✔ Data is more and more relied upon for decision-making
✔ People are asking smarter questions.
